Nice food and soft drinks, wines, beers and lemonade were available. The pool was very clean and I had non-alcoholic drinks in the beer bar.

Thanks for such a real good stay at the second night. The continental breakfast has got a good selection, I totally recommend it. The room is well priced. All the staff members are well-trained and hard-working. It offers magnificent location adjacent to several cafes in town and taxis and Away from the manic night life. There is Arch Sixteen Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.

Stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by this low budget hotel. The double room had basic facilities you need, an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Everyone was attentive and accommodating. Central location was a plus.

Good location, spacious rooms, underground car park at the hotel
After 2 days stay no room service, no toilet brushes. No toilet paper resupply.

The breakfast could be more varied (e.g. a change of fish, more cheese selection)

Super location with view on the bridges, large bright breakfast room with great view. Pleasant room size, good standard.
Somewhat impersonal atmosphere, little attention from the staff.

Location
Breakfast - had to wait 15 minutes in queue for breakfast items to cook. Not enough food was being cooked to meet the size of the queue (6 rashers of bacon cooked at one time despite a queue of 15 people ) Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Only enough toiletries in bathroom for 1 person for 1 use.

Card would not go through on check in,very snotty about it,paid cash but could not use mini bar etc. phoned bank to see why card declined to be told no authorization had taken place so receptionist had not put details through correctly, very embarrasing as i use hilton quite a bit and never had a problem.

The breakfast was very rich
The carpet could be replaced by laminate or parquet flooring for hygienic reasons

Had issues with air conditioning that couldn't cool the room effectively, leaving it quite uncomfortable. Basic amenities like robes and slippers weren't provided without extra requests, and breakfast included an additional cost for room service which felt unnecessary on top of the high room rate. The cleanliness of my bathroom left something to be desired and the lack of a proper view from my room was a letdown.
