Had issues with air conditioning that couldn't cool the room effectively, leaving it quite uncomfortable. Basic amenities like robes and slippers weren’t provided without extra requests, and breakfast included an additional cost for room service which felt unnecessary on top of the high room rate. The cleanliness of my bathroom left something to be desired and the lack of a proper view from my room was a letdown.

The check-in was smooth, and I really liked the comfy beds and the great breakfast options, especially those tasty sausages! The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the parking fee seemed a bit high, but it didn’t spoil my experience! 😊

great stay but room could use more amenities
The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to help us. Clare's assistance with my luggage and Ben's friendly service made our stay more enjoyable.
Some additional amenities in the room would enhance the overall experience.

Staff members exhibit genuine warmth and helpfulness. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. the breakfast service struggled to manage the crowd, leading to cold food and long wait times. the location is challenging with its steep hill, especially after an evening out.

Had a great time with friends! The views were amazing, especially from our room. Breakfast was a highlight, and we enjoyed some great meals nearby. The gym and pool were clean and perfect for a relaxing visit. I'd stay here again for sure!
It was a bit frustrating that there was no plug socket by the bed for charging our phones. Made it inconvenient to set alarms in the morning.

One small hiccup was that the breakfast options felt a bit limited compared to what we've seen elsewhere, but all in all, we really enjoyed our time here! 😊
